Valley Warriors Basketball Club

Valley Warriors basketball club has shown steady growth in the year 2022.  We are proud of what we have achieved thus far.  We take this opportunity to thank all parents and players that took a chance with Valley Warriors Basketball Club.  We are sincerely humbled by your support and belief in Valley Warriors Basketball Club. 

Registration for the 2023 basketball season is open.  We invite all aspiring basketball players to be part of Valley Warriors Basketball Club.  Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be part of this new and exciting Basketball Program.  Click the link below to find out more about Valley Warriors Basketball Club activities for the year 2023.

Practices will take place at Tyger Valley College, Pretoria weekly, every Monday and Wednesday. The practice times will be from 16:30-17:30. Practice for 2023 is scheduled to start on 16 January 2023.

The Club is open for individuals all playing and no playing basketball individuals male or female. Our club teams will be divided between boys and girls under 12- 18 who are regarded as Juniors and Seniors.

Our Aim

Our club’s aim would is to allow our program athletes to participate in the leagues mentioned below.

  •  Tshwane Basketball League  & Tournaments ( Seniors ) 
  •  Pretoria Schools Basketball League  & Tournaments ( Juniors )

Exihibition Game

Valley Warriors Basketball Club is excited to host the All-Stars Exhibition Game at Tyger Valley College during our 2023 Session. The game will feature some of the best youth talents in South African Basketball. The game will be streamed live on our social media platforms.

Summer Camp 22'

The camp will be focused on training young athletes on all skill levels, fine-tuning their game to become more confident, efficient and versatile players.

Winter Camp

We are excited to announce our  basketball winter camp 2023 which will be held at Tyger Valley College, Pretoria 

The purpose of this camp is to teach the fundamentals of basketball, to playing  & non-playing basketball kids, from shooting, dribbling, defence skills, passing  & so much more.

During the course of the camp, our coaches will be stressing the importance of attitude, confidence, and dedication in order to give all attendees an opportunity to succeed on and off the basketball court

We aspire that at the end of the camp all attendees leave with increased knowledge, skills, self-esteem, new friends, and more passion for the game.
